Jordan & Amman Tour

Overview

Few people on earth can display virtually the entire course of human development within a few hundred square kilometers. Because of its strategic historic position, Jordan is today a living historic position. Every major period of history-from the Paleolithic Age to the modern era-can be traced across Jordan’s soil.

Ancient farming and irrigation techniques, commercial enterprises, the settlement of peoples into communities all have historical roots in Jordan. Greek, Roman, Byzantine, Islamic and Ottoman civilizations have each left their enduring mark.

The heritage of humanity resides in the soil, the sand, the stones of Jordan today. The story of Jordan down through the ages is a story of people.
